Corelia is a character from the animated series Mermaid Magic. She is voiced by Karen Strassman.
Merlinda’s missing mother and the former Keeper of the Pearls, it was Cordelia’s duty to protect the Pearls of Neptune, so their magic would forever be accessible to all merpeople. She went missing fighting Barbarossa.

Queen Corelia, Merlinda’s mom, is a fierce warrior who, along with her husband, battled against Barbarossa and his sea monsters when they breached the portal to invade Mertropia. Unfortunately, she went missing, her fate unknown to the King, Merlinda and the citizens of Mertropia.
