Princess Mindy is a character from the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise. She is a mermaid princess with green skin, a green tail, and dark blue hair. She is King Neptune's daughter and a close friend to SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star. She is kind-hearted and compassionate towards others, and she knows all the names of the other sea creatures. Neptune believes that she will be Queen of the Sea some day. Also, Patrick appears to have a crush on her.
She was designed by Sherm Cohen, who stated that she is 13-14 years old. Mindy was introduced in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie and later appeared in the season 12 episode "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout."
