Triton is a mythological Greek God. He is most often portrayed as a merman. Triton is the son of Poseidon and Amphitrite Halosydne.
Since he is a mythological character he has ties to various fictional characters like Ariel from The Little Mermaid, and Nautica from Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
